$5 at the door.  White Dress is the rock duo consisting of Arum Rae Valkonen on vocals/guitar and Grant Van Amburgh on drums, often with guest musicians sitting in each night. Its edgy sound dances between American roots country, blues and soul in a fresh and distinct way, with every note smothered in honesty and defined by Arum's unmistakable emotion-drenched vocals.

After touring The Southeast for the past two years, White Dress found a home at Austin's Hole In The Wall venue every Sunday night for over 6 months, bringing in over 100 heads each week as well as playing the ACL Music Festival, countless other Austin shows, opening for Dan Auerbach of the Black Keys, Scout Niblett, Bill Callahan, Gary Clark Jr, Ian Moore, Peter from Peter Bjorn and John and also touring 23 dates in support of The Civil Wars, as Arum co-wrote one of The Civil Wars first single "If I Didn't Know Better."
