Artist Statement:

This is a pop art series where after the fall of the empire, all the Stormtroopers have to go back to their day to day lives. I always felt Norman Rockwell captured those moments so well that I just decided to add the troopers in and interact with his characters. I am gearing towards Star Wars fans, but also wanting people to admire Norman Rockwell pictures again or if they have never heard of him to go check out his works. He truly is one of America’s most greatest artist. He’s captured some important moments in civil rights and created inspiring characters like “Rosie the Riveter”.
